Association Inauguration – INFO VISTA’11

 

                    The Department of Information Technology of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan engineering College has inaugurated their association named as INVOVISTA ’11 on 22nd July, 2011.

                    The inauguration was headed by Chairman Shri. A. Srinivasan, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Group of Institutions, Perambalur. The Vice-Chairman Shri. S. Kathiravan, Secretary Shri. P. Neelaraj, Trust Directors Shri. P. Mani, Shri. P. Rajaboopathi, Director Shri. Radhakrishnan, Chief Finance Officer Shri.R.Rajasekar,Dean Academic Mr.V.Sekar, Vice-Principal Mr.S.Nandha Kumar were led the function.

                    Dr. S. Charles, Principal of the College has felicitated the gathering.  Dr.J.Akilandeswari, Professor  & Head, Dept .of IT, Sona College of Technology, Salem inaugurated the function and gave a technical talk about Web Mining and its related usage in web, applications of web mining with its structure. Also gave about recent computing techniques with its performance.

                  After formal start of function the Association Members and Office bearers were introduced. The association activities are announced by Mrs.K.Maheswari likely Technical contest, workshops, seminars, national conferences, symposium and cultural activities during this academic year.

                  The Welcome address was given by Mr.P.Karthikeyan, Student President and Vote of thanks was given by Ms.G.Rajavalarmathi, Student Secretary. The arrangements were made by Mrs.K.Maheswari and  the function was co-ordinated by Ms.S.Suganthi, Mrs.J.Farhana Fathima Lecturers, Department of IT. This attempt was a grand success.
