The Human Resource Development Centre of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for Women, Perambalur, organized a campus interview by HCL BSERV, Chennai for the final year students on 16.12.2011. Shri.A.Srinivasan, Founder-Chairman, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Groups, presided over the function. Ms.R.Shanmuga Priya, Placement Officer welcomed the gathering.

             Mr.Nandakumar and Ms.Jeyashree HR, managers of HCL BSERV were the recruiters. They started the process with a presentation on HCL. Mr.Nandakumar briefed that HCL BSERV is a part of HCL Technologies Limited. He explained on the opportunities for the recruited students to do their post graduation while at work. He briefed on IJP – Internal Job Posting and IJP Aspire for candidates on successful completion of 18 months in HCL, and also chances of being taken to HCL IT.

           The interview was based on three rounds group discussion, extempore and HR interview. More than 400 students from various departments participated and  more than 30 students were shortlisted for 2nd round. The program was organized by the placement officer and the co-ordinators.
